• Review and approve meeting minutes from April 12, 2011 and Special Meeting Minutes April 21, 2011
• Review and acknowledge payment of bills from April 2011

• President Capparelli - Idyllwild Firefighters’ Association (B .Clark)
• Vice President Riggi - Idyllwild Career Firefighters’ Association (Peckham)
• Financial Officer Killingsworth - Active Ad HOC Committee(s) CLOSED SESSION

Action Items: The Board may approve or take action on any items contained under “Action Items” In the event of time conflict, Action Items with guest speakers may be taken out of order.

Action Items

• Chief Walker’s Contract – Rescind decision on contract made in closed session March 26, 2011. Discussion & vote on Chief’s Walker’s contract.

New Business

• Personnel Files & Update of Certifications – Review of department process
• Office equipment inventory – Review of inventory, age, ID numbers and any missing items
• Resolution Process – Follow up and archival

Old Business

• Alleged employee violations made by J.P. Crumrine – Follow up from previous request
