Good morning, especially those of you below the Hill. yes we got snow last night and until 15 minutes ago it was still coming down. There about 6 to 8 inches in town and close to 18 to 24 inches in Fern Valley and Pine Cove.
Roads in town have been plowed but not down to pavement, probably because too much prior traffic compacted a layer of snow. But CalTrans is trying to help, see

SHOWERS WITH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
THIS MORNING. A BAND OF WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION
WILL TRACK ACROSS THE AREA BETWEEN
1030 AND 1130 AM. THE SNOW LEVEL WILL
CONTINUE AT AROUND 3000 FEET WITH SHOWERS
ADDING TO SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS. MANY HIGHWAYS
AND MOST SECONDARY ROADS ARE CLOSED.
PEOPLE TRAVELING SHOULD BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS
AND WILL NEED A LOT OF EXTRA TIME.
